Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, an optional location, enquiry type, and message. Programme, volunteering, donation, and diaspora links may prefill the enquiry type and message; you can review them before sending.
Registration information
The separate Google registration form collects the answers shown in that form, including relevant identity, contact, skills, service, and business information. Review its questions before submitting. Avoid including sensitive information that is not requested.
How this information is used
Information is provided so UCAI can respond to enquiries, follow up on registration, and coordinate relevant community opportunities. Registration does not guarantee selection, employment, or a contract.
Services that process submissions
The contact integration is configured to store enquiries in Google Sheets, notify UCAI by email, and send an acknowledgement to the supplied email address. Registration uses Google Forms. These services and the website host may process technical request information. External WhatsApp and LinkedIn links take you to their respective services.
Retention, sharing, and protection
This website does not publish a fixed retention period or a list of every person with access to submitted records. Contact UCAI to ask how long your records are kept, who can access them, or to request a correction or removal. No online submission method can guarantee complete security; please send only what is needed for your enquiry.
